IS THERE A BETTER WAY?

The accepted method of tackling a service problem related to construction, plant hire, trucking or in a service industry is:

1. Load all the 'gear' on the '4WD' and allow it to slide around in the back.

WHAT AN ACTUAL KIT COMPRISES OF  

UNIPOWER 185

1. ALTERNATOR Variable Speed Constant Power Heavy Duty UNIPOWERincorporating triple-wound
stator, H/duty rectifiers and UNIPOWERpulley. Output capacity of up to 165 amps on
charge / weld and up to 2.5kVA(110V/220V @50/60HZ ) on plug circuit. Plug output
current is AC Pure Sine Wave.
   
2. CONTROL MODULE /     PANEL Incorporating solid state circuitry supervised by a state-of-the-art microprocessor
for fully automatic regulation. Protection against dead shorts, earth leakage faults,
reverse polarity, plug overload and incorrect installation damage. The module
is equipped with 3 pin weather proofed IP66 socket outlet, positive and negative
weld/charge terminals and two high current outputs to switch upto 2 Heavy duty
solenoids. The standard module also incorporates a BOOST charge system
for regulated heavy charging for both 12 and 24 volt vehicle systems. Other charging
voltages are possible without requirement for hardware changes. Standard loom
length is 3.0 meters.
   
3. ACCESSORIES     (Optional) Heavy Duty Battery Isolation Solenoid.
Two heavy duty 25mm. sq section dual sheathed weld cables measuring 3.5m in length. Fitted with a 300A tong/clamp type electrode holder and 400A spring work clamp.
Heavy Duty Booster clip for jump starting.
   
4.THROTTLE CONTROL Special throttle cable and lever of rack and pinion design. Can be used in conjunction
with optional Automatic Load Sensing Unit.
