Variable Speed Constant Power Heavy Duty UNIPOWERincorporating
triple-wound
stator, H/duty rectifiers and UNIPOWERpulley. Output capacity
of up to 165 amps on
charge / weld and up to 2.5kVA(110V/220V @50/60HZ ) on
plug circuit. Plug output
current is AC Pure Sine Wave. |

| 2. CONTROL MODULE / PANEL |
Incorporating solid state circuitry supervised by a
state-of-the-art microprocessor
for fully automatic regulation. Protection against dead
shorts, earth leakage faults,
reverse polarity, plug overload and incorrect installation
damage. The module
is equipped with 3 pin weather proofed IP66 socket outlet,
positive and negative
weld/charge terminals and two high current outputs to
switch upto 2 Heavy duty
solenoids. The standard module also incorporates a BOOST
charge system
for regulated heavy charging for both 12 and 24 volt vehicle
systems. Other charging
voltages are possible without requirement for hardware
changes. Standard loom
length is 3.0 meters. |
